Are there any low-end kosher places worth talking about?

Has Guy Fieri ever taken Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives to a kosher joint? I'm guessing he hasn't, and the reason is probably this: Kosher joints are boring, bland, homogeneous. The pizza shop will always have an Israeli behind the counter and the same defrosted "spicy fries" on the menu; the take out place will serve yapchik, cholent and a few varieties of kugel, all of them interchangeable; and the salad places will sell the same generically disappointing Niçoise salad made with canned white meat tuna (gross) and without anchovies.

If there is a kosher joint owner with the skill, talent and dedication of the people Fieri meets on his road trips, I'd like to meet him. The ones I know about all mail it in.
